BB Buggy 12 Days of Giveaways Draw

Rules, Terms & Conditions
Eligibility
The Draws are open to all legal residents of Canada aged 18 years and older, except employees of BB Buggy, its affiliates and members of their immediate families. Entrants must provide their name, address, phone number and email and sign up for the BB Buggy Newsletter to qualify for the draws. There is a limit of 1 entry per person per day. There is a minimum in-store purchase of $25 required.
Draw Time Period
The period for Daily Draw entries begins daily at 8:00AM, EST and ends at 7:00PM EST, from December 12th, 2017 to December 23rd, 2017.
Prize
The Draw Prize of a gift item worth $100 or more will be announced the next day after each daily draw.
Prize Stipulations
The prize must be accepted as awarded and is not redeemable for cash, cannot be substituted for equivalents and is not transferable.
Prize Distributions
Each Daily Draw Winner will be contacted via email by the next day following their respective Draw. Each Daily Draw Winner must collect their Prize by January 31st, 2018 at BB Buggy Castlefield, 1200 Castlefield Ave., Toronto, ON M6B 1G1 or forfeit their Prize. The contacted Daily Draw Prize Winners must produce valid government identification showing their address which must match that provided upon entry into the Draw and answer a skill-testing question in order to claim their Prize. Upon collect of their Prize at BB Buggy Castlefield, each Daily Draw Prize Winner will be subject to a photograph with their Prize. Daily Draw Prize Winners are subject to verification by BB Buggy and/or its designated representatives.
Prohibitions on Unauthorized Entries
Draw entries made under multiple identities or through any means in order to enter entries that are in excess of the permitted number of entries during the Draw Period are automatically void. All Draw entries obtained through unauthorized sources or which are incomplete, illegible or fraudulent in any way or otherwise not in compliance with these Rules are automatically void. Draw Participants acknowledge that BB Buggy retains sole discretion to validate and accept or deny any or all contest entries, winners and Prize claims.
Drawing
From the pool of all eligible entries, 1 entry will be drawn everyday from December 12th, 2017 to December 23rd, 2017. The Draw Prize Winner will be contacted via email on the day following their respective draw.
Privacy Policy
All information collected for entry into this draw will be kept secure and not shared with any outside agencies. Only authorized employees will have access to this information.
Draw and Prize Winner Liability Release
By participating, each Draw Participant and selected Prize Winner agrees: (a) to be bound by the Draw Rules, Terms and Conditions and the decisions of BB Buggy; (b) to release and hold harmless BB Buggy, its affiliates, respective employees, agents and representatives, from any and all liability for claims or damages including but not limited to claims or damages for personal injury or property damage with respect to acceptance, possession or use or misuse of the Prize or participation in the Draw; (c) to permit BB Buggy to use his/her name, city, province of residence, photograph, video, or any likeness for advertising or publicity purposes without any additional compensation and/or informed consent; (d) to sign a Declaration and Release Form to this effect; and (e) to give BB Buggy permission to announce their full name on the BB Buggy social media accounts including but not limited to the BB Buggy Website, Facebook page, Twitter page and Instagram account. BB Buggy shall not be responsible for incorrect registration of Draw entry information, or any other error or hardware or software malfunction related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this Draw.
Right to Cancel the Draw
BB Buggy reserves the right to cancel this Draw, at its sole discretion, in the event of any occurrence beyond the control of BB Buggy that adversely affects the administration, security or operation of the Draw. BB Buggy reserves the right to change these Draw Rules, Terms & Conditions at any time without notice.
